Ron Williams

Ron Williams, business partner of Performance Potential, brings more than 30 years of experience in a variety of financial and executive positions. As director of corporate planning for a Fortune 100 company, he led the development of strategic and business operating plans. In addition, he has served in a sales consulting capacity for numerous national and international financial services organizations.

Ron has consulted with numerous organizations on the development of performance assessments, performance improvement strategies, financial management systems, and designing technology to support selling processes.

Mr. Williams also has experience as a general manager of two small businesses. He was instrumental in helping both organizations achieve significant growth.

Mr. Williams received a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He has earned the Certified Management Consultant designation. He serves on the board for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
